2012.3
Super Bowl ride. Went out on the singlespeed to Golf Course Rd in Newcastle and back in two hours. 50.62 clicks in 1:59 of moving time. Can't believe how warm it is this year. All calories spent were promptly replenished with bbq pork, chili, nachos, wings and Sleeman Cream Ale.

2010.2 Super Bowl ride
It was pretty cold today. About -12 with the windchill. So I decided to ride up to the Harmony landfill Conservation Area. Nice packed down snow and fast frozen trails.

First ride of 2010, 48 K in a bit less than two hours. Don't know the exact time because my watch has no battery. No computer on the singlespeed either. Feels so good just to be out. It's so great that they spread sand, not salt around here, I am less concerned about corrosion and seizing of different bike parts now.

2009.14
110 clicks to Port Hope and back. On the way out I rode on the concessions but google maps screwed up a road and I had to ride the last few kilometers on hwy 2. The wind was on my back the whole time coming back 40 kph all the way. Still my average was a very bad 26.5. I need to ride some trails soon, the road bike is getting old fast.

Another 2 hours on the singlespeed today. Dry roads except for some tree covered areas and the Darlington Trails. I even had to walk a little.

2009.1
This is my quest to ride my bike 100 times this year. Indoor and rides under one hour don't count. Today, 2 hours on sloppy roads, at least it wasn't cold.
